Sponsor: Rare Vault Drop LLC (“RVD”).
1. Promotion Period
Entries begin October 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time and end November 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time. RVD plans to announce the winner on November 25, 2026 at approximately 6:00 PM Central Time.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, owners, and immediate household members of Rare Vault Drop LLC are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the official RVD giveaway page and submit the entry form with the required information and acceptance of these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person. No purchase is required. Purchasing products from an RVD machine or elsewhere does not provide an additional entry or improve the odds of winning.
4. Social Media
RVD may encourage people to follow, like, or share giveaway content. Those actions are not required to enter and do not increase the odds of winning. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook/Meta.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Pokémon 30th Anniversary Elite Trainer Box as depicted on the RVD giveaway page. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $69.99. Actual retail value may vary. No cash alternative is offered by RVD. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
RVD will pay standard shipping for delivery of the prize to an eligible winner at a valid address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. The winner is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Drawing Procedure
After entries close on November 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM Central Time, RVD will review the entries received and prepare a final list of eligible entries. Duplicate entries will be reduced to one valid entry per person, and entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be removed.
Each eligible entry will then be assigned a unique sequential number beginning with 1. RVD will document the total number of eligible entries before the drawing begins. Entry names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other private contact information will not be displayed publicly during the drawing.
At approximately 6:00 PM Central Time on November 25, 2026, RVD will use a computerized random-number generator to select one number from the full range of eligible entry numbers. Each eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected. RVD intends to record or publicly show the random selection process so the drawing can be reviewed for transparency.
RVD may also randomly select up to two alternate entry numbers at the same time. Alternates will be kept in the order drawn and will be used only if the primary potential winner is determined to be ineligible, cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the 72-hour response period, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to satisfy these Official Rules.
The person associated with the selected entry number is a potential winner until eligibility is verified. RVD will retain reasonable records of the final eligible-entry list, assigned entry numbers, random-drawing result, alternate numbers, and drawing documentation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Claim Period
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number submitted with the entry. The potential winner must respond to RVD and claim the prize within 72 hours of the time RVD sends the winner notification. Before the prize is awarded, RVD may require reasonable proof of identity, age, residency, and other information needed to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery. If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be verified, or otherwise fails to satisfy these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the prize and RVD may offer the prize to the first alternate selected during the drawing. The same 72-hour response period may apply to an alternate winner after RVD sends the alternate winner notification.
8. Publicity and Privacy
Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the winner, arrange prize delivery, and maintain promotion records. RVD will not publicly disclose entrants’ email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or other private contact information. After verification, RVD may announce the winner using the winner’s first name and last initial. Additional personal information will not be published without the winner’s permission, except as required by law.
9. General Conditions
RVD may disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, tampered with, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules. If technical or other circumstances materially affect the integrity of the promotion, RVD may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion as permitted by applicable law.
RVD is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, not received, or otherwise affected by internet outages, website errors, browser or device problems, email delivery issues, network interruptions, server failures, or other technical problems outside RVD’s reasonable control. An entry is considered received only when it is successfully recorded by RVD’s giveaway system. If a technical problem prevents fair administration of the giveaway, RVD may take reasonable steps to preserve the integrity of the promotion, including extending an entry period, correcting affected records, or conducting the drawing from eligible entries successfully received before the problem occurred, as permitted by applicable law.
